I am so appreciative of the Supergranny. She has created such a nice place here for those of us who have reached our "so called" golden years. Most people past the age of fifty have experienced a little bit of "Well, what did you used to do?" or "Are you still working?" It is almost as though once you reach a certain age that you are no longer considered useful.

Rubbish! Some of the most active and hardest working people I have known are older people. Most young people would not be able to compete.

I myself am currently working full time in a hospital while also caring for my family and working several part-time businesses. Eventually, when I leave the hospital for "retirement" as it is called, I may possibly be right back there part-time as I have found a ministry there. There is nothing like working one on one with hurting people.

In fact, you can find hurting people everywhere you go. If you have a heart for them you will find plenty to keep you busy.

hi Glenda...thanks for the Blog post...If you have friends who fall into the category of "Never too OLD" please encourage them to share their talents with us...Older people have talents too..We want others to recognize Seniors too!! They deserve it...
